My exams are around the corner and I'm trying really hard to get into the Express stream this year. I don't know when I will be back.

Brenda, please don't delete this site. :) I will be back, but no idea when.

I just came back from school. Guess what is so great?? *sarcastically*
IT'S GONNA BE A TEST WEEK, next week. Here are the list:
1. English Reading Test
2. Science re-test (more than half of the class did badly, this test was postponed for darn long.)
3. Maths Journal writing test on Sets
4. Geography test (CPF)
5. History test (CPF)

CPF- Class Performance System.
It's the first time that the school will be conducting this. It's sort of like a quiz... But it's important because the results will be counted in our CA. This how it works:
We will each be given a button. All the questions are going to be only MCQs.
So all we have to do is press the correct answer. I think this idea is stupid, each individual's answer will be shown on the screen. Which means, there will be copycats. Not me, I'm a good girl. :D

My History teacher was so mad today as many people in my class did not turned up for the make-up lesson. He gave us a surprise test today, but there wasn't enough time. So he was nice enough to postponed it to next Friday! *Whew!*

I have 3 DAYS to study for all my test.
Hopefully, I will not procrastinate and do what I'm supposed to do.

Edit: 9th August 2008; HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!
New layout, featuring Anne Hathaway. I love the colouring! Although, it looks simple, it took me quite a while. I purposely made the blog a little wider, as I do blog a lot. I've made my decision: My visitor contents stay here, and the icons will be transferred to my Livejournal.

Tomorrow it is National Day, (My country's 43rd Birthday!) and my school celebrated today. Everyone was encouraged to wear red/white to school. I did not participate in any of these sort of events since last year. Be Yourself day was pretty embarrassing, as I was the only girl in my class who wore school uniform. I borrowed my sister's white necklace just for today as well as her top.


My form teacher said that we were only supposed to wear school shoes.
They did not say anything about this in the letter though. But I wore school shoes to school today. It was pretty odd because it did not match my top at all! Ended up, almost the whole school wore their own shoes.

It all started with a March-in of state and School Flags, then the singing of National Anthem, accompanied by Live Music played by my school's Military Band. Me and Sabrina was thinking stupid stuff, like bringing the whole Military band home. "Sing to meee!" Later, we did Pledge taking like what we always do. All these were held in the Parade Square, this was not the end! After this was over, the whole school proceeded to the Hall for a concert.

Lauren, Ashley and Jay were the emcees! Ms. Yoong wanted me to be the emcee, but I was no way eager to do that duty in front of the whole school. The picture that Ms. Cheng took, Me and Amanda, came out in the Powerpoint slide. We were asked to write about, "What do we like about Singapore?". It's super embarrassing!! This picture was huge and it covered the whole page.

Today, it was a half day! So I invited Evelyn and Amanda over to my house.
Hsing Hui was supposed to come to my house today, but she has a fever.
Once, Evelyn and Amanda were in front of my door step, they ran away as soon as they saw Fluffy. I can't believe they were scared of Fluffy! He is so small! These guys are really cruel!

My mirror is near the door, and she was afraid to go near it because of Fluffy. Look at her expression!!

While we settled down in my room, I played a couple of songs for them on the guitar. I was nervous in the beginning, but then I got used to it singing to them.
I sang 7 things by Miley Cyrus, Teardrops on my guitar by Taylor Swift, All about you by Mcfly, The Call by Regina Spektor and much, much more!

They kept going on about my singing and my guitar skills. "Join Beatty Idol!", no way. It's not gonna happen. After I taught Evelyn how to use Adobe Photoshop and Jasc Paint Shop Pro, we ate lunch. My maid got ready Japanese Cold noodles for them. Thank God, they really like the lunch.

Papayas were served with lime after we ate our lunch. It is something that I'm really used to. Eating fruits after every meal, except for Breakfast. They were very shocked and amazed when I served them papayas. They hardly eat fruits, I guess.

I had to carry and control Fluffy. When Fluffy walks to Evelyn, she started screaming, "Jodieeeee! PLEASE? Carry him!!" *almost crying*. Even though, I carried Fluffy, she was still afraid. Amanda was not as scared as Evelyn! She touched Fluffy!!

Look! He is so innocent and adorable. :)

They have never tried Honey Joys, so I taught them how to bake. It was really simple and I had all the ingredients. Although, I had to use the pathetic small oven, as the bigger one is spoiled.

We fried it for too long and it got black.

I gave them four each to bring it home and enjoy! My house is small and they kept saying that it is super big and pretty. Even the baking tools were considered a lot to them.

We rested for a while and I brought Fluffy for a walk with them downstairs my house. I brought them to the nearby playground! Yes, we love being kids.
I did not bring my camera along with me, pictures are with Amanda. She's gonna send them to me soon. :D

They went back home at around 2:15pm. School ended at 9:30pm+!
Yay. It's a public holiday this coming Monday!

I dowloaded the Sony Ericsson PC suite again and again. Finally, it allowed me to upload my images from my phone to the computer. I have a Chinese test test tomorrow. I'm not fully prepared, but I came online just to blog about today! See how much I love my readers? Haha, just kidding. I have lots to blog about, so I had to.

I have no idea why I was so in the mood to dress up today. Normally, I would just wear something really casual, like T-shirt and jeans. Today, I wore a red tank top that my eldest sister gave me, matched with denim jeans. At last I found out that the butterfly necklace Lauren gave me could match with something.

We took a cab down to church. I took a picture of the Singapore Flyer in the cab.

It was hard for me to get a pretty shot of the Singapore Flyer, but I managed!

YAYY! Sucks that I used my phone's camera.

We were quite late for church but we were not at all late for the word! ;D
Pastor Prince taught about God's love and many, many other stuff today. It was amazing! My second sister kept annoying me though, so I annoyed my eldest sister. Hahaa..

Right after church, we went to eat Frolick!!!

The BEST YOGURT PLACE EVERRR. (It's better than Ice-cream, but there's only two flavours: Original and Peach.)

There were free badges! :) There's always a different one every week, I think.

I love the cup, it's so cool.

I dashed to Popular to buy the book from my wishlist.

And guess what? It was the LAST BOOK. But it was all crumpled and dirty at the bottom. I managed to make it look new again though, by cleaning it with baby oil. Smart eh? :D

I am so going to read it after reading The Notebook again. Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus are awesome, talented authors. I really love The Nanny Diaries.

Only my eldest sister and my mum went shopping after lunch. My second sister and I had to go back home to study for our test.

Damn. Chinese test is tomorrow... Wait, now it's 12:40am.
BUTTTTT.....
School is starting at 8:45am, instead of 7:20am tomorrow! Moving Monday is suspended! *Shakes my bum* I will miss hanging out with my Drama peeps though.

Finally, I am done blogging. You guys must love me for staying up so late just to blog! I'm just teasing, don't take it so seriously. But you can love me all you want for being such a.... Alright, I'll stop.
